Founded in 2001 by Harminder Seehra, Coastscape started with renovating homes across Vancouver and the lower mainland. In 2003, the company expanded into custom home development, creating exceptional living and working spaces for the new upcoming professionals. Today, Coastscape is working towards becoming a real estate development company in British Columbia, focusing on developing residential, commercial, and retail properties. Our diverse verticals reflect our dedication to developing ecosystems for BC's changing needs. But our foundation has always been our employees, our customers, our stakeholders, and our shareholders. Our Founder Harminder, has about 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry across Canada, India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His main areas of focus are construction management, real estate development and setting the vision for the organization. He works across topics including strategy, performance improvement, customer experience and organization model with clients across industries. His work includes multiple engagements with private equity investors on pre-investment diligence in the sector. He has also advised clients on real estate transformation, cost optimization in construction and real estate, strategy and growth, private equity, construction operations model and process definition.

He is joinned by his son, Terry, who is an IT, reengineering and systems transformation specialist with more than 12 years of related experience. He has led the end-to-end process and systems transformation within the Canadian government. He has also directed a number of due diligence assignments for investors in the IT services and Real Estate Development industries. Terry also is a Principal Consultant who advises clients on topics related to their corporate strategy, digital transformation, innovation strategy, customer growth, operating model, and transformation programs.
